Volunteer design exchange

I decided to give a design to someone who didn't get theirs
This one is for


1) Their request was pretty much gave me some details but not much of it, so I got a lot of artist freedom
All I know is to make it water/ celestial but no pink and floating items

2) what I did was I made a Capricorn. I did an feral and anthro version
You like purple , so I made her purple
You don't need to have that outfit , it just something I made
